2. Cancellation Time Frame

Customers may cancel their car rental booking without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked rental time. This applies to all rental durations including 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours.

4. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the rental time are not eligible for a refund.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up the rented car at the scheduled time without prior cancellation notification will be treated as a ‘no-show’. No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

6. Early Return

There will be no refunds for early returns or unused time once the rental period has commenced.

7. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as illness or unforeseen events, customers are advised to contact the Company directly. The Company reserves the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis for potential partial or full refunds.

8. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7-10 business days.
